Baralt Municipality

Baralt Municipality is a municipality of Venezuela in its state of Zulia. It is located on the eastern coat of Lake Maracaibo and named after writer, poet, journalist and historian Rafael María Baralt. Its capital is San Timoteo, Venezuela.
