This category includes the native flora of Yugoslavia, a region in the Balkans, part of the flora of Southeastern Europe.
- For the purposes of this category, "Yugoslavia" is defined in accordance with the World Geographical Scheme for Recording Plant Distributions, i.e. by its former political boundaries.
- Taxa of the lowest rank are always included. Higher taxa are included only if endemic.
