Créponné (from French, meaning wavy[2]) is a traditional Pied-noir[3] and Algerian lemon sorbet that was created in Oran[1][4] in the time of French Algeria by Gilbert Soriano[5][6] at the Crèmerie l'Oranaise[7][8].
