Đất Đỏ is a commune (xã) of Ho Chi Minh City, in Vietnam. This is one of the 168 new wards, communes, and special zones in Ho Chi Minh City after the 2025 administrative arrangement.[1][2]

On June 16, 2025, the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issued Resolution No. 1685/NQ-UBTVQH15 on the rearrangement of commune-level administrative units in Ho Chi Minh City in 2025 (effective from June 16, 2025). Accordingly, the entire natural area and population of the former Đất Đỏ township and the communes of Long Tân, Láng Dài, and Phước Long Thọ of Long Đất district were reorganized to form a new commune named Đất Đỏ commune.[3]
