Overview

AirMedCare Network operates the largest domestic air ambulance membership program in the United States. The organization partners with numerous regional providers to maintain over 320 bases. Each base operates state-of-the-art aircraft with specially trained medical professionals.

AMCN offers membership programs that allow individuals to access air ambulance services without incurring additional out-of-pocket costs, as long as the transport is conducted by a participating provider.

Membership Programs

Emergent Air Ambulance Services

These services transport patients from accident scenes or between healthcare facilities. Initiated by EMS or physicians, these flights use medically equipped aircraft capable of life support and critical care.

Fly-U-Home (Non-Emergent)

The Fly-U-Home program enables members hospitalized more than 150 nautical miles from home within the continental United States to be transported to a facility closer to home for continued treatment.

Fly-U-Home International

Launched in 2024, this program expanded AMCN's reach globally, including to Alaska and Hawaii. Repatriation services are offered using specially outfitted aircraft and medical crews.

Eligibility
