Draft:Bill (Pokémon)

Bill is a character in the Pokémon games and anime. He is a Pokémaniac, and his favourite Pokémon are Eevee and its evolutions.
In Pokémon Red and Blue, and Pokémon Yellow, the player must travel to Bill's house in order to progress through the game. When you arrive, Bill is in the form of a Rattata, and you must help him use his computer to change back. Upon doing this, Bill reveals that he is the inventor of the Pokémon Storage System, up until now referred to as "someone's PC".
In the anime, Ash Ketchum encountered Bill inside a Kabuto suit and had to help him out of it.
In Pokémon Gold and Silver, Bill fixes the Time Capsule enabling the player to trade with previous versions.
In Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, in addition to the tasks in the original Red/Blue games, Bill takes the player to the Sevii Islands.
In Pokémon R/S/E, Bill sends an E-Mail to Lanette in Hoenn, lauding her for her vast improvements on his storage system. [article for lanette] {{Poke-stub}}
