Comment: I don't know whether to consider this a promo piece or an attack page (or possibly a hoax?), but either way it is completely ureferenced. DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:14, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
EIMT offers fully online programmes spanning diplomas (Levels 4–7), BBA and BSc degrees (36 months, 180 ECTS), MBA and MSc degrees (18 months, 90 ECTS), and doctoral degrees (30 months, 180 ECTS) including a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), Doctorate in Computer Science, Doctorate in Arts, and Doctorate in Science.[2] The DBA programme is structured in three phases — taught coursework in research methods, a supervised research phase with six-monthly progress reviews, and a doctoral thesis defended by viva voce — with the thesis comprising approximately 80% of the final assessment.[3] Admission requires a master's degree or EQF Level 7 qualification; no GMAT or GRE score is required.[3]
EIMT is not accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Council and does not appear on the official list of accredited institutions maintained by swissuniversities.[4] Under the HEdA, designations such as "university" are legally protected and require accreditation by the Swiss Accreditation Council.[5] Degrees from non-accredited private institutions in Switzerland are private qualifications that do not confer entitlement to practise regulated professions.[6]
EIMT holds "Candidacy" status with the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), meaning it is seeking but does not hold programmatic accreditation.[7] It also claims accreditation from the International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE), which is not recognised by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or the United States Department of Education.[8] EIMT operates on the .edu.eu domain, a commercial product of Euro Education Domains Registry Limited that is not sanctioned by ICANN and has been flagged by cybersecurity researchers as associated with diploma mill operations.[9]
