Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave[a] is an upcoming tactical role-playing video game published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch 2. It will be the eighteenth main instalment in the Fire Emblem series, following Fire Emblem Engage (2023).

Gameplay

Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave is a strategic, turn-based game. It takes place in an arena during the "Dagsion Great Gladiator Festival". There are four playable warriors participating in the festival, being Kai, Theodora, Dietrich, and Leda.[2]

Development

The game was announced during a Nintendo Direct in September 2025. The trailer teased a character, Sothis, from the 2019 release Fire Emblem: Three Houses, linking the two games together.[3]
