In the fictional Pokémon universe, Island Cave is on Route 105 in Hoenn where Regice can be found after the player has solved the mystery in the Sealed Chamber.
There is also a card based on it. It came out in the TCG Expansion EX: Hidden Legends in 2004. It's a stadium card in which when you attach an energy to a Water, Fighting or Metal Typed Pokemon and it has a special condition, then the special condition is removed.
