Martin Edwards (Hangul: 마틴에드워즈); also known as Martin or by his Korean name Park Woo-Joo (Hangul: 박우주) is a Korean-Canadian singer, rapper and songwriter. He is known for being a member of the South Korean group Cortis, from Big Hit Music.[1]

Career
Songwriter for HYBE
Martin has written and composed several songs for HYBE artists, such as ILLIT's "Magnetic", TXT's "Deja Vu", "Miracle" and "Beautiful Strangers", LE SSERAFIM's "Pierrot", and ENHYPEN's "Outside". [2]
2025: Debut with CORTIS
On July 14, 2025, Martin was announced as a member of BigHit Music's upcoming boy group (later revealed as CORTIS). The group made their debut on August 18 with the digital single "What You Want". [3]
Personal Life
His father is Canadian and his mother is South Korean.
Martin's favorite artists are Mac Miller and Tyler, the Creator, in addition to his admiration for RM, a member of BTS, also from Big Hit.
