Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc. is a privately held telecommunications and digital infrastructure investment company that acquires and manages long-term lease and revenue interests associated with wireless and network infrastructure assets. The company operates globally through its primary subsidiary, APWireless, with investments across multiple regions including North America, Europe, Latin America, and Australia.
As of 2023, Radius Global managed more than 13,800 lease streams across 23 countries. The company is owned by EQT Active Core Infrastructure and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (1).
History
Radius Global Infrastructure traces its origins to Landscape Acquisition Holdings Limited, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and listed on the London Stock Exchange.
In February 2020, Landscape completed the acquisition of APWireless Infrastructure Partners, LLC, a U.S.-based company founded in 2010 that focused on acquiring wireless site lease agreements. Following the transaction, the combined entity was renamed Digital Landscape Group, Inc.
In October 2020, the company reorganized its corporate structure, relocating its incorporation to Delaware and adopting the name Radius Global Infrastructure, Inc. At that time, the company delisted from the London Stock Exchange and began trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol RADI.
On September 21, 2023, Radius Global Infrastructure was acquired by EQT Active Core Infrastructure and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $3.0 billion. Following the acquisition, the company became privately held, its shares ceased trading on NASDAQ, and it continued operating as a private company. (2) (3)

Through APWireless, Radius Global manages its portfolio by overseeing lease compliance, tenant relationships, and contractual obligations across a diversified set of geographies and infrastructure types.
