The Cincinnati–Pittsburgh football rivalry, commonly known as the River City Rivalry, is an American college football rivalry between the Pittsburgh Panthers and Cincinnati Bearcats. Pittsburgh leads the all-time series, 9–5.

For much of their histories, the two schools met on only an occasional basis. The rivalry culminated when Cincinnati joined the Big East Conference in 2005, and the schools met annually until the conference dissolved after the 2012 season.
