The Sprout Tower is a fictional tower in the Pokémon seies, located in Violet City. In Pokémon Gold, Silver, and Crystal, the tower is a sort of a monastery that contains a lot of monks or nuns willing to battle trainers. This is also where you obtain HM05 (Flash) in those games.
