Location: Tropical Alauddin Tower, Rajlaxmi, Sector 3, Uttara, Dhaka. Date: Evening of June 24, 2016. Cause: A lift crash in the high-rise building caused a wall to collapse, initiating a fire. Casualties: 5 people died initially, with the death toll rising to 7 after injured victims passed away in the hospital. Impact: The explosion from the collapse was massive, shattering glass and causing damage up to the fifth floor, injuring over 50 people. Victims: Victims included a security guard (Mizanur Rahman, 52), a salesperson (Kamrunnahar Lata, 23), and a family of three (Mahmudul Hassan, his daughter Maisha, and his son)
