Yap Kok Sun (born 1935) is a Malaysian pastor, nature photographer, and former staff at the Department of Survey and Mapping of Malaysia (JUPEM). He is also formerly a soldier of the 1st Battalion of Manchester Regiment in 1955. Before joining the armed forces, he was also a police clerk and interpreter in the Malayan police force at Bluff Road (now Jalan Bukit Aman) in Kuala Lumpur.
