How to improve sources

Hello, which sources specifically are substandard? @MSK @JSFarman Trenton Erker (talk) 18:38, 3 March 2026 (UTC)

Hi Trenton Erker.
The key issue is that references need to provide extensive coverage via independent, reliable sources. Les Echo is great and Tech Crunch is OK.
Otherwise, press releases (Yahoo), articles that include advertising disclosures (Forbes, Business News Daily) and articles based on company-provided materials are not independent. (Business Insider and funding pieces.) Geekwire is generally reliable, but the article is about an office opening; the company is only briefly covered. Forward Media appears to be sponsored content. (There's no byline, and the publication is operated by a marketing company.) One of the Forbes refs does not mention Aircall.
Give the articles about reliable and independent sources a read for more information. IMO, for a company, you will need at least five references that meet the criteria to establish notability. JSFarman (talk) 04:57, 4 March 2026 (UTC)
Dang. This was really helpful. Thank you for working with me on this. Trenton Erker (talk) 22:10, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
