Conflict of interest declaration
I declare a conflict of interest as a member of an Argentine CREA group. I am the draft author.
For this submission I have used only independent secondary sources (Teseo Press, peer-reviewed journals, national press, academic books). The draft covers the CREA methodology as a case of organizational process innovation in the sense of Edquist, Hommen and McKelvey (2001), with framing drawn from Schumpeter, Hayami-Ruttan, Röling, and Chambers.
A parallel article in Spanish Wikipedia was deleted on 17 April 2026 under G3 (promotional) criterion. I have therefore submitted this version through AfC for independent editorial review before mainspace placement. I welcome any reviewer suggestions for additional neutralization.
Update (20 April 2026)
The draft has been rewritten as a short stub after the decline of 19 April. Content already covered in Draft:Argentine CREA Movement (AACREA) was removed; the academic framing referenced above (Edquist, Schumpeter, Hayami-Ruttan, Röling, Chambers) is no longer in the article. Current scope: Cambio Rural, French CETA today, and comparable international programmes. Feedback welcome.
