I have decided to submit this article for review through the Articles for Creation (AfC) process, as I do have some notability concerns regarding if he has clearly demonstrates notability under the criteria outlined in WP:SOLDIER or the guidance provided in the Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Historical SOLDIER essay.
