Hello AllWeKnowOfHeaven, thank you for your continued feedback. After reviewing WP:ORGCRIT carefully, I have decided to withdraw this draft as a standalone article and instead merge the Synami content into the existing Seavus article as a successor company subsection, where the notability threshold does not apply independently.

The Seavus article has been updated accordingly. I have replaced this draft with a redirect to Seavus.
