The EL/M-2288 AD-STAR is a multi-purpose air-search long-range 3D radar designed for air defense, early warning, and air traffic control missions. developed by IAI Elta capable of being deployed on mobile ground platforms or at fixed sites. AD-STAR is an acronym of Air Defense, Surveillance, Threat Alert and air traffic control Radar.[1] [2]
