Euryglossina haemodonta, or Euryglossina (Euryglossina) haemodonta, is a species of bee in the family Colletidae and the subfamily Euryglossinae. It is endemic to Australia. It was described in 1969 by Australian entomologist Elizabeth Exley.[1][2]
The species epithet haemodonta refers to the red clypeal teeth of the female.[1]
Description
The body length of females is about 3.2 mm, wing length 2.1 mm; male body length is 3.0 mm, wing length 2.1 mm.[1]
