Fair use in Marrakech (ATB song)

- The image of the cover of the single is used as the primary and only means of visual identification for the single, which is the main subject of the article.
- The fairly low resolution of the image makes it ill-suited for use in the potential production of illegal copies of the single.
- The image is not used in such a way that a reader can convincingly be confused into believing that the article is written or authorized by the owner of the cover of the single.
- The image is not replaceable with an uncopyrighted or freely copyrighted image.
