Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peter G Werner 19:48, 16 March 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is only a 30-second sample of a much longer track.
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the CD album in any way;
- the sample could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on another CD;
- the music sample is significant because it was made by a famous artist, The Dils, being a notable representation of their work.
