This is an audio sample extracted from a video broadcast. Though originally copyright, I (ATinySliver/^ATalkPage) assert this qualifies as fair use because:

it illustrates an article about the singers—specifically, it provides an audio explanation of the group's first performance together and the audience reaction thereto;
it is a brief (0m35s) sample of the song;
no non-copyrighted or freely available sample of comparable educational value exists or could be created; and
it is believed that this sample will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to broadcast and/or distribute the original recording.
