Though the picture is subject to copyright I (Peter G Werner) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- it is only a 30-second sample of a much longer track.
- it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the album or video in any way;
- the music sample is significant because it was made by a famous artist, Lustmord.
