Fair use for Time Lord, Rassilon and List of Doctor Who items

This image, Sealofrassilon.svg, is being linked here; though the logo may be copyright © to the BBC, I Smomo feel they are covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

  1. The image in question is important educationally to the articles, accurately portrays the Seal of Rassilon as seen in some episodes. Rassilon being the first Time Lord is a significant figure in Time Lord history.
  2. The image is one of very few others, almost no other images of this type exist.
  3. The use of the images in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the images in question.
