The File Hills Qu'Appelle Tribal Council (FHQTC) is a tribal council representing eleven First Nation governments under the File Hills Agency and the Qu’Appelle Agency in the province of Saskatchewan.[1] The council is based in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan.
