Howard A. Lamb (October 8, 1924  November 24, 2015) was a Republican politician from Nebraska who served as a member of the Nebraska Legislature from the 43rd district from 1977 to 1993.

Lamb was born in Bassett, Nebraska, in 1924.[1] He graduated from Rock County High School,[1] and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.[2] He attended the University of Nebraska, receiving his bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering in 1949.[1][2] He was a farmer and rancher in Anselmo, and served on the Anselmo-Merna Board of Education and on the Custer Public Power District Board of Directors.[1][2]
