Jeunesse Olympique d'Ouezzane (الجمعية الرياضية أولمبيك وزان), commonly known as JO Ouezzane or Olympique Ouezzane, is a Moroccan association football club based in the city of Ouezzane, in the Tanger-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region. Established in 1936, the club is one of the oldest active sports institutions in northern Morocco.[1]

History
Foundation and Early Era (1936–1956)
The club was originally established in 1936 as a regional sports association during the French protectorate era by local civic organizers in Ouezzane.[2] In 1946, the organization underwent structural modifications and officially adopted the designation **Jeunesse Olympique d'Ouezzane** (often recorded locally as *Chabab Olympique Ouezzane*).[3]
Post-Independence and Regional Divisions
Following Moroccan independence in 1956, JO Ouezzane was incorporated into the national football pyramid under the authority of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF). Over the decades, the team competed across the regional northern divisions and national amateur championships, developing youth players across the Ouezzane Province.[4]
The club currently competes in Amateurs II (the fifth tier of the Moroccan football league system) under the administration of the Ligue Nationale du Football Amateur (LNFA).
Stadium
The club hosts its home fixtures at the Stade Municipal de Ouezzane (الملعب البلدي بوزان), located in central Ouezzane.[5] The venue features a artificial turf playing field and holds a seating capacity of approximately 5,000 spectators.
