Jonas Rushworth (born 2006) is an English Artistic gymnast. He won team gold at the 2025 European Championships.[1]
2023
Rushworth was selected to represent Great Britain at the 2023 European Youth Olympics alongside Alex Niscoveanu and Sol Scott.[2] They won gold in the team event and Rushowoth took silver in the individual all-around.[2] He was selected to be the flag bearer for the closing ceremony.[3]
Senior gymnastics career
2025
At his first senior English Championships, Rushworth won silver in the all-around, on pommels and parallel bars. He went on to compete at British Championships where he won silver in the individual all-around and on the parallel bars.[4][5] Rushworth was selected to attend the 2025 European Championships, his first major senior championships, alongside Harry Hepworth, Jake Jarman, Jamie Lewis and Luke Whitehouse. He helped Britain win their third ever European men's team title.[1]
2026
At English Championships Rushworth won gold in the all-around, on parallel bars and horizontal bar, he also won bronze on pommel horse.[6] At British Championships he won silver in the all-around competition.
