Kavyanjali – Sakhi Savali (transl. Kavya Anjali – Friendly Shadow) is an Indian Marathi language television series which is produced by Shrabani Deodhar and Sai Deodhar under the banner of Purple Morning Movies.[1] The show premiered from 29 May 2023 which aired on Colors Marathi.[2] It starred Prapti Redkar and Kashmira Kulkarni in lead roles and Piyush Ranade, Prasad Jawade and Adish Vaidya in supporting roles.[3] It is an official remake of Kannada TV series Bhagyalakshmi.[4]

Plot
It is a story of the two titular cousins whose fates could not be more different. Kavya is a housewife and a mother of two children, while her orphaned cousin and adopted sister Anjali is an independent girl, who doesn't approve of the former's married life. Unaware of the obstacles and the lies surrounding them, the show portrays the problems they face and how they become each other’s support when needed.[5]
