Kentucky's 40th House of Representatives district is one of 100 districts in the Kentucky House of Representatives. It comprises part of Jefferson County. It has been represented by Nima Kulkarni (D–Louisville) since 2019.[1] As of 2024, the district had a population of 39,235.[2]
