Kolpur

Kolpur (Urdu: کولپور) is a town and union council of Kachhi District in the Balochistan province of Pakistan.[1] It is located at 29.902°N 67.133°E and has an altitude of 2,087 metres (6,847 ft).[2]

History
In 1890, during the British Indian government's railway track construction project, workers from different regions of the Indian subcontinent, including members of the Hindu community, were recruited to Kolpur.[3] Since then, the majority of population in Kolpur is of Hinduism followers.[3] Kolpur railway station is on the Rohri–Chaman Line.[citation needed]
