Each episode explores a different aspect of the War of Independence or its social consequences.[2]  :

  • La Grive — Abderrahmane Bouguermouh: a schoolboy from Kabylia must deliver a secret message hidden inside a thrush.[1]
  • La Rencontre — Sid Ali Mazif[2]
  • La Mer — Ghaouti Bendedouche[3]
  • Hier Des Témoins — Amar Laskri
  • Quand Janette — Youcef Akika[4]
