The Land O'Burns Fillies' Stakes is a Listed flat horse race in Great Britain open to mares and fillies aged three years or older. It is run at Ayr over a distance of 5 furlongs (1,006 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in June.

Until 1991 the race was run over 1 mile (1,609 metres). It has been restricted to mares and fillies since 1989.
