Li Chonghuai (Chinese: 李崇淮; born October 14, 1916 – died May 19, 2008) was a Chinese economist, educator, and politician. He was a senior member of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA), a standing member of the National People's Congress, and a long-time professor at Wuhan University. He was widely regarded as a leading advocate of financial reform and regional economic development in post-1949 China.[1]
