List of NCAA Division II men's soccer programs

This is a list of the schools in Division II of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) in the United States and Canada that have men's soccer as a varsity sport. In the 2025 season, there are a total of 203 men's Division II soccer programs. Conference affiliations are current for the 2026 season.
NCAA Division II men's soccer programs
- Reclassifying institutions in yellow. Institution that has announced a future departure from Division II in pink.
- Transitioning from Division III.
- Fort Hays State, Newman, Northeastern State, Rogers State — GAC affiliate members / Primary: Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association.
- Jamestown — Independent / Primary: Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference. Joining the Great Northwest Athletic Conference as a men's soccer affiliate beginning with the 2027 season.
- Transitioning to Division III in the 2027 season, joining the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference.
- St. Cloud State — GLIAC affiliate member / Primary: Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference.
- Salem will join the Mountain East Conference as a men's soccer affiliate beginning with the 2026 season.
- Shaw, Virginia State — Independent / Primary: Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association.
- Spring Hill — GSC affiliate member / Primary: Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Joining the GSC as full member in 2027.
- Transitioning to Division I in the 2026 season, joining the Atlantic Sun Conference.
