Geography

The municipality lies at an altitude of 105 metres (344 ft)[2] and covers an area of 11.08 km2 (4.28 sq mi) (2025).[4] It is next to the Hungarian border (at Tiszabezdéd, Győröcske and Záhony) and near the Ukrainian border (at Solomonovo).
