MFSD5

Protein-coding gene in the species Homo sapiens From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Major facilitator superfamily domain containing 5 is an atypical SLC expressed in neuronal plasma membrane.[5] It is a plausible Solute carrier transporter.[6] It transports molybdate anions,[7] and it interacts with GLP-1R.[8] In humans, it is encoded by the gene SLC61A1.[9]
