The Rural Municipality of Prairie Rose No. 309 (2016 population: 220) is a rural municipality (RM) in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan within Census Division No. 10 and SARM Division No. 5. It is located in the central portion of the province.

With a land area of 837.66 km2 (323.42 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.2/km2 (0.6/sq mi) in 2021.[7]

In the 2016 Census of Population, the RM of Prairie Rose No. 309 recorded a population of 220 living in 84 of its 91 total private dwellings, a −15.1% change from its 2011 population of 259. With a land area of 839.08 km2 (323.97 sq mi), it had a population density of 0.3/km2 (0.7/sq mi) in 2016.[4]

The RM of Prairie Rose No. 309 is governed by an elected municipal council and an appointed administrator that meets on the second Wednesday of every month.[3] The reeve of the RM is Darin Pedersen while its administrator is Melissa Dieno.[3] The RM's office is located in Jansen.[3]
