The Diocese of Bomadi (Latin: Dioecesis Bomadiensis) is a Latin Church ecclesiastical jurisdiction or diocese of the Catholic Church in Nigeria. Its episcopal see is in Bomadi, Delta State. The diocese is a suffragan in the ecclesiastical province of the metropolitan Archdiocese of Benin City.
