Saint-Laurent-l'Abbaye (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ loʁɑ̃ labei], before 2001: Saint-Laurent)[3] is a commune in the Nièvre department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of central France, located approximately 9 km south-east of Cosne-Cours-sur-Loire.[4]
