Samone is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 40 kilometres (25 mi) north of Turin. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,513 and an area of 2.5 square kilometres (0.97 mi2).[3]
