As of 2026 the presumed baronet has not proved his succession and does not appear on the Official Roll of the Baronets. The Baronetcy has been considered dormant since 2001.[2]

- Sir Thomas Adam Debenham, presumed 4th Baronet (born 1971). His name does not appear on the Official Roll, which marks the baronetcy dormant.[6][7]
The heir apparent to the baronetcy is Alfred Dino Debenham (born 2004), son of the presumed 4th Baronet.[6]
