Takashi Kosugi (小杉 隆, Kosugi Takashi; born 25 September 1935) is a retired Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, who served as a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature).

Kosugi is a native of Meguro, Tokyo and a graduate of the University of Tokyo.
