Merge with 3D weaving
There is overlap between this article and the new 3D weaving article. It appears that composites are not the only application for 3D weaving. ~KvnG 04:33, 27 January 2015 (UTC)
Applications of textile composites needs more explanation
Merely bullet points that say "Engine Rotors", etc make it ambiguous. A more detailed discussion is required Yetanotherwriter (talk) 05:38, 1 February 2016 (UTC)
So… Wikipedia thinks that 3D knitting and 3D weaving can only be used for composites? Never for plain old textiles, that may even just be made of one material? (100% cotton, e.g.)
