Hello @PigeonChickenFish Just a quick note on the recent merge, Bahraini Halwa isn’t the same as Halva, Thanks. Rotana🦋 (talk) 16:16, 1 March 2026 (UTC)

@User:روتانا How is it different? You haven't defined anything here in the article. It appears as the same name and literally the same ingredients. PigeonChickenFish (talk) 02:28, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
@PigeonChickenFish not the same, Bahraini halwa is a gelatinous jelly cooked with starch. Rotana🦋 (talk) 02:42, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
@User:روتانا more than half the halva listed on the page are jellies, pastes or spreads, is there more support to this claim? Where are the citations? PigeonChickenFish (talk) 03:01, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
@PigeonChickenFish in Bahrain, they have Halva cooked with Sesame and flour, calling it Alrahesh, and having Bahrain Halwa cooked with starch, which cook for special occasions. Will develop this article and add more info, citations soon. Thanks! Rotana🦋 (talk) 03:13, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
@User:روتانا Thanks for working on this. PigeonChickenFish (talk) 03:16, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
