- Oppose. Can't see the American congressman has any more long-term significance than the Canadian MP. Just WP:RECENTISM and an apparent case of "he's American and he's still active so he must be more important". -- Necrothesp (talk) 11:58, 20 March 2026 (UTC)
- Weak oppose – him running for a Senate seat, IMHO, is not a good rationale for a move. It is true that he gets significantly more page traffic, though. cookiemonster755 (talk) 18:26, 22 March 2026 (UTC)
