This page should not be deleted because it is written about a real band who are not promoting anything! We have created this page for the people who know of the band and would like to know more about the band.

• I figured that I would point them to the general notability guidelines rather than the band specific ones on the assumption that they were just new to Wikipedia in general and could use that information. But yes, WP:BAND is an excellent example. :) Lithorien (talk) 18:44, 10 December 2009 (UTC)
