Hi, I'm the creator of this article.
This article should not be deleted as it's about a lawfully recognized settlement in Turkmenistan. "Populated, legally recognized places are typically presumed to be notable." It is listed in the list of municipalities available for consultation through the 2022 census that I always put in sources. I referenced it as well in this article based on the same list.
